The show redeems itself however, with great information about the specific benefits some foods provide, it also makes you question your so called 'need' for a chocolate fix.

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately?!), I missed this show. Almonds are my saviour. When I'm looking for a quick fix for hunger pains I regularly snack on almonds and dried fruit. A great healthy snack that should also be eaten in moderation (the same as everything else). I do feel that as long as you're eating small healthy meals regularly throughout the day, things can only get better inside and out. And drink lots of water too, especially for glowing skin, hair and nails.
ReplyDeleteDrinking water is a great additive to this list! Thank you for commenting Cas.
ReplyDeleteYou should try and see the show this week - it's worth a look, kind of funny in a weird way. I have found myself judging every food I eat now... probably not a positive thing, seeing as my diet really isn't too bad (I enjoy the odd chockie or two though).
